The other important document for Zafira is residence permit. Fortunately, We are helped by Kara de Rooy (Back Office International TU/ Eindhoven)for complete Residence Permit application form. Kara also gave her hand to arrange the appointment with IND. She gave us the date of appointment. We plan to go to IND December 4th, 2009.
Here is a list of the documents that we need:
1) The baby’s birth certificate
2) Your marriage certificate
3) The passport in which the child is registered
4) Your residence card + your wife’s residence card
5) “uittreksel GBA ouders + inschrijving kindje”.
6) 1 passport photo of the baby.
